Jivagram, a holistic centre for well-being by Jiva Ayurveda has become the first CGHS (Central Government Health Scheme) empaneled NABH accredited AYUSH Hospital in Haryana.
The Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) is a health care facility scheme for the existing and former employees of the Central Government of India run by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. With this empanelment, the Central Government employees, pensioners, and their dependents enrolled under the scheme can take Ayurvedic treatment and services for their healthcare needs at Jivagram.
Ayurvedic practices such as Panchakarma (shodhana) therapies, yoga and meditation, raag chikitsa, reflexology, mudra therapy, naturopathy, Ayurvedic cooking classes, herbs and various diet and lifestyle activities are offered as part of the treatment protocols.
Dr Partap Chauhan, Director, Jiva Ayurveda said, ‘’The highlight of Jivagram is that it engages the individuals in a unique healing experience while restoring their health amidst nature. Be it therapies, healing activities or meals, everything is minutely designed to address not just symptoms but also the root cause of the ailment, both physical and psychological.’’
Built on the core Ayurvedic values of targeting the root cause of illnesses, Jivagram believes in the complete well-being of an individual - one that incorporates the mind, body and soul. Its Ayurvedic treatment approach, though derived from ancient and traditional Ayurvedic practices, is based on scientific data-driven protocols such as Ayunique™. It addresses the unique treatment approach of Ayurveda that focuses on providing personalised root-cause treatment while combining it with research data to ensure the highest quality of patient care. Based on a Prakriti analysis test, the Jivagram healthcare facility provides a combination of customised Ayurvedic medicines and treatment, specialised therapies coupled with guidance on diet and lifestyle to each individual.
